- Personal Information: Name, email address, login credentials via Google or Apple sign-in.
- Usage Data: Details about properties, tenants, invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Device Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve PropertySea, including:
- Delivering app functionality for property management and tenant tracking.
- Processing payments securely through Stripe integration.
- Communicating with you about updates, features, or important notices.
- Meeting legal obligations under applicable law.
Payment Processing & Application Fees
All payment transactions through PropertySea are processed securely via Stripe. PropertySea does not store sensitive payment data such as card or banking details.
By processing payments through PropertySea:
- PropertySea charges a 1% application processing fee on all transactions, in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees.
- Accounts classified as high-risk by Stripe or PropertySea are subject to a 10% application processing fee.
- All fees are deducted at the time of transaction settlement via Stripe.
- Disputes related to payments must be directed to Stripe per their policies.
Cookies and Tracking
PropertySea uses cookies to enhance your experience, track usage patterns, and improve the app and website. You may adjust your cookie settings in your browser.
Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your personal information within the PropertySea app. For help exercising these rights, please contact support.
Data Security
PropertySea takes reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security. You use PropertySea at your own risk.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party providers like Stripe. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or handling of your data outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and intellectual property within PropertySea are owned by PropertySea or its licensors. No part may be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertySea is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. We are not responsible for payment disputes handled by Stripe.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding payment processing must be directed to Stripe. PropertySea does not resolve financial disputes directly.
Changes to These Policies
We may revise these Policies at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or inside the app. Continued use of PropertySea constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
